spiral blade size

I'm sure this question been asked before but i'm going to ask it again. i'm goin to buy some spirals to give them a try most i'll be using them on is for portraits using 1/8" or 1/4" ply.my question is what size spirals do everyone normally use or recommend using??????

The New Spiral # 2/0 is the most used number to cut portraits.

I have had great success with the 2/0 spiral.

hey Mike your talking about the FD-NS one's right? do they have flat ends as well?
The New Spiral # 2/0 is the most used number to cut portraits.
