Snow is falling and falling and falling,  It is really beautiful out.  But at this point I wouldn't mind seeing some mud and slop.  Guess I can't complain winter didn't come here until the end of February so it can't last long.

The sun is blessing us with its warmth.  I started the day with a trial of a breakfast brunch made with my homemade texas toast, sausage,eggs,beer,cream,monteray Jack and all cooked in a water bath  and tonight I'm fixing pecan coated chicken breasts with asparagus.
The brunch is on the repeat list.
Food for thought: Texas toast differs in that it is made with evaporated milk rather then regular milk and it was believed to have originated from the Pig Stand Restaurant in Texas.

I wish all of you a smooth and delightful day of rest and relaxation.  A day of worriless memories.

Church, great lunch, had a cousin from Ontario, whom I have not seen in a dogs age, visit for several hours. It has been a great day. I hope everyone else had a great day as well :D  Down side, 10 cm of snow and freezing with high winds forcasted for tomorrow. So enjoy the rest of your Sunday. ;D
