Can anyone suggest a good place to send my dewalt scrollsaw for a good breakdown and cleaning and general tune up?

Thanks,

Do you have an Acme Electric / Acme Tools  in your area? If you do give them a call.
I'm from North Dakota

It is making  alot of noise when I turn it above 5 speed. I use it alot and have had it for 5 years now. I know it needs a good inspection and tune up

Since it appears you have access to a computer - www.dewalt.com - and go to the service area.  plug in your information, and they will direct you to a service center.

Have you checked out Rick Hutcheson's site?  He gives a lot of good pointers on tearing down and adjusting the Dewalt.

http://www.scrollsaws.com/

Left side, click the link called "DeWalt Tune-Up"

Hope this helps
