Just curious. Do all of the doors have solid panels? In the shop I was in before, about 2/3 were laminated panels and the other 1/3 were solid to meet production requirements. 15-20k doors a shift was not uncommon.

All the doors so far have been solid but one.  They range from Hickory to oak to cherry.
