Retirement picture

Here is the design I finally settled on for my retiring employee... she loves her three shih tzu's, so I found a photo and designed the pattern in Photoshop Elements 8.0.

Very nicely done Pete.  You did a great job on both the pattern and cutting.  I am sure she will love it.
