Picture to pattern help

I was wondering if someone could help me make a pattern out of this picture . I was wanting to cut this for my son for Christmas , I knew if anyone could help this site could or would .........MB

Awfully small picture Marshall, but here's what I came up with.  I'm sure someone else with give you something better.
