Hi graybeard,sounds like our mail service here in Scotland. You mail pictures and the envelope is marked PHOTOGRAPHS DO NOT BEND and the mailman Says, OH YES THEY Do and promptly folds them up!!!!. Hope the CI is performing well.Best wishes.
