My Special Girl
« on: May 11, 2010, 09:36:51 am »
Hi folks, I just have to share this. This is my grandaughter. It is a piece that I started to design several months ago using GIMP. Between the jiggs and reels and with the help of Frieke, she designed the  final pattern I cut, we came up with a pattern.  Thanks Frieke. I gave copies to her mother and grandmother as mother day gifts. Needless to say they were speechless.

You two make a great team.  Thanks for showing us the completed project.  You did a great job on the cutting as well.  I am glad to hear that the mother and grandmother were both speechless as any family member would be if they were to receive a treasure like that.

WOW, what a gift for Mothers Day.  Real nice work.  Maybe next year I do something like that for the mothers of my three grand daughters.  'course Grandma will get one too.
best regards,

A pretty young lady and a great job of scrolling.  You are right to be proud of both.  Thanks for sharing.
