the lost book

And there, deep in the recesses of the darkest part of the cave network, they found a chest, and, locked inside was a book thought lost for centuries.

Carefully they extracted it, and with immense care and attention slowly opened the pages.
Filled with awe and wonder at the contents, they knew it was valuable and yet forbidden.

It was "The Book of Irish Dancing Volume Two : The Arms"

;) I don't know much people from Ireland - and I know they have a good sense of humor.

Charlie...if you watch Irish Dancers they always have their arms down at their sides and never move them.

"Book 2, The Arms" was lost for centuries so the Irish never learned that they are supposed to use the arms....

Get it?
