Sin Catcher #1
« on: September 05, 2011, 05:29:37 pm »
This is the latest catcher from Sue Mey... She calls them sin catchers.. This one is 1/4 in Hickory ply for the main part and the little crosses and Bible are of 1/8th in BB. I used dark walnut on the Bible and 1 set of crosses and mahogony on 1 set of crosses leaving the last set plain.. The plain wood is oiled with BLO and Mineral spirits.. Finished with semi gloss polyurethane... Eagerly awaiting your remarks... Sheila
