Hi, new guy from Boston
« on: September 05, 2011, 12:02:53 pm »
Hello all, and Steve thanks for the awesome site!  Used to play with some scroll saw stuff about ten years back got out of it and now starting again.  Bought the porter cable saw from Lowes and liking it pretty good so far, getting tension right is a task but I think if I get the thumb screws replaced with more finger friendly ones it will be easier.

couple of shots of my first attempts, taken with blackberry so not the best pictures.

Missing something is one of Steves patterns just made a shadow box clock out of it and I am not real sure where the fishing one came from.

and again thanks for being here!

Very Nice!!  I too am neww but everybody on this site has jumped through hoops when I have asked a question or asked for a pattern, let alone what I have learned from the post.
