Another Mick Shambro pattern
« on: August 25, 2011, 05:28:15 pm »
Cut this for my daughters' upcoming birthday.  8.5" X 11"  Will be framed with oak.

Stack cut 2 from 1/8" BB ply with FD#1 Flat end spirals.  Backer is also 1/8" BB ply painted black (in case you hadn't noticed ;))

Definitely a challenge for me, especially the water area.  Really had to work at keeping things attached at the  strongest point until cut free.  Was fun though!

You can get it at Mick's website http://www.shambrolawoodart.com/

I think Wooden Teddybear has it as well.

Very nice cutting MW, I can see where that water got a bit tricky. This is a great pattern I also really like the Lion you put up. Think I just might buy the lion pattern.
