Ok here is the finished dragon.. Please let me know what you think.. I'm open to constructive critism... Thanks for taking this journey with me.. I can only hope my daughter will love it.. Sheila in Tx

Excellent work.  Red or Green are traditional Chinese colors for Dragons.  I am sure your daughter will love it.
