Ex-21 Help needed
«

Good Afternoon, I visit this post frequently but for the most part keep quiet. I am hoping to get some help at this point. I have an EX-21 that I have had for about 3 years now. I was cutting ornaments last night and noticed that my bottom holes are alot bigger than my top holes. I checked my bladed alignment and it is off front to back. side to side is fine. I am not sure how to adjust for front to back. With the square touching the bottom of the blade the top is away from the blade about 1/8 inch. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you.

Hey Geno, On the Excalibur saws you can adjust the front to back movement by loosening the the mounting screws on the motor, and turn the motor slightly. Check your manual, it should explain it there.

Yes that is they way to do it BUT be careful and only move the motor a fraction at a time as you can easily put the whole machine out of balance

Thank you. I tried moving the motor this morning and it did not seem to make any difference. Just to make sure I understood, I losened up the 3 hex bolts that keep the motor in place. There was only one way to rotate the motor at this time since it was tight agains the slots cut out. I did try to move it and did not notice the blade holder moving at all.
