Hi all,I had an unexpected call from the custumer service department of the chain store I had ordered my EX 16 from and was asked if I had recieved a noticed that my saw was in at the pick up point. Now I was a little suprised at getting the call and explaned what had happened prior to ordering from TheToolStore and was told that the lady had no right to tell me what she did and if she would had looked on her computer she would have seen my saw was shipped that morning. The I AM SO SORRY just kept coming and there will be a SHAKE UP in that department. By the way the saw arrived Sat. and I paid for the new one on Friday.My new one will be here today or tomorrow by purolator. The Tool Store has excelent people working there and to custumer service is second to none.
