Moritz - the killer
«

I have to feed the cat more.
Moritz just brought home a mouse - still kind of alive. I went to the kitchen to get a plastic bag - when I came back there was just half the mouse left. Strange enough no blood on the floor.
That was mouse #5 this week - not counting the ones he doesn't bring home.
I'm thinking of some kind of a warning sign. Suggestions please!

Sounds like a good cat to me. Isn't that what they are suppose to do?

As long as it is mice, you have a great cat. I had one that chased a skunk into my garage a long time ago. Bad part he caught it and then realized his mistake. I am thinking he thought it was another cat. Not the smartest of cats.

There was a program a while back about cats of all kinds on TV, they had a questionaire at the end. Which cat kills the most different kinds of prey?
The house cat. The biggest killer of them all!
Nice Kitty!

...not really. It's a suburban house cat. But I think hunting is in their instinct.
I have one myself:

The squares on the right will be painted with chalk board color. Now Moritz the cat needs to learn how to make a mark there when he brings something home

Grabbed a copy of that. Be a great raffle prize. (I don't like cats, and the feeling is mutual)

Let us know when the cat learns how to mark it, and what he uses to do it with ....

Really nice pattern for the sign! Years ago my wife had a Siamese that liked to hunt. She was asleep in bed one morning when the cat brought her a present and dropped 1/2 a mouse on her chest. Funny, she didn't seem all that grateful for the gift!
