I'd like to thank everyone for the kind words.  This project has been my albatross on so many levels, for so many reasons.

This forum has been so helpful.  Thank you all!

Thanks for the kind words, folks.

Dav, I got the pattern from this book:

Bill

Not to steal Bill's thunder, it's a great job.
He sent it to me full size and I slobbered all over it.  ;D

Someone asked where he got the pattern.
Steve Good has a nice pattern too and it's free.
Here:    http://stevedgo.ipower.com/cat/?page_id=114
It wouldn't be too big a deal to make the pieces 4 sided I don't believe.
(Notice I didn't say think, we all know I can't do that.)
Hey Bill when are you going to learn how to saw? Pretty good for a beginner.
Some day I just might get that good! LOL

Now that you mention it, Marcel, I've been meaning to bring that up.  I take my time with stuff, and this set was about 40-45 hours.

How long does it take you others who've done this?

Bill

P.S.  And thank you all, once again, for the kind words.
