I played with it a little, you can probably improve it by reducing the number and spacing of the lines and leave some more white showing I think if you tried to cut it the way it is it would fall apart. But that being said I'm no pro.

I played with it a bit more just to see what I could do. What do you think of the results?
It is by no means finished, and I don't have the photo you were working from to check it against.

I was just playing around with it.
Looked to me like she had a bad case of chapped lips with all the lip lines.

Well Wade show us what you've come up with. Don't keep us in suspense.
I'm sure you can do better than I did, especially if you have the original photo to work from as a guide. I'm glad to help out whenever I can with a suggestion, but I'm no means an expert at this kind of thing. Just know what doesn't quite look right at times, but not necessarily how to fix it.
