My first pattern from a photo
« on: April 27, 2010, 03:18:16 pm »
I would like feedback on the very first pattern I ever done from a photo.  This is our son CJ.  He is Army Reserves and was visiting his grand father whom he has not seen in about 10 years.  I used Photoshop.

Thank you Bill...I will.  We are proud of him just as we are our daughter, who is also full Army.  She has served in Iraq and Organist, and the grand kids lived with us for those times.

It looks good to me... but I haven't cut a pattern like that yet so I wouldn't be able to spot problem areas.

Thank your son from me too!  "Home of the brave because of the free."  My nephew is in the Army National Guard in Kuwait as we speak.

Nice work Cherie.  I hope one day to try and make my own patterns.  Not there yet.  I thank your children for their service to our country.  I know you are proud of them and probably a little anxious at times.
