Okay, this isn't a brag as much as it is a question for the ladies here.  I cut this from Steve's pattern, for a friend of mine to give to his wife.  Lisa says it's "scary."  What do you think?

Looks great, nice work. Thanks for sharing. I don't think it is scary. Remember the book Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. LOL:)

I don't know if I fall within the "ladies" category  ;D ;D  but, if it were me, and my husband gave it to me, I would say "Oh look how cute" and then I would ask what he did wrong that he felt he had to bribe me with a gift !!!!

Sorry, Dan, bad joke.

Here's what Wikipedia says about "Et tu, Brute?"

A Latin phrase often used poetically to represent the last words of Roman dictator Julius Caesar to his friend Marcus Brutus at the moment of his murder by stabbing. It can be variously translated as "Even you, Brutus?","And you, Brutus?", "You too, Brutus?", "Thou too, Brutus?" or "And thou, Brutus?". Immortalized by Shakespeare's Julius Caesar (1599), the quotation is widely used in Western culture to signify the utmost betrayal.

My sense of humor isn't great at times.  When you agreed with Lisa, I wanted to tease you about feeling betrayed.

Bill, I don't blame you. Steve made the pattern. When he first posted the pattern, I thought it was kind of creepy and I wont be cutting that. Steve makes some great patterns that I cut all the time. In fact I use some of his patterns in my scroll saw classes.
Besides, you asked! ::)

It is mildly creepy, but the thought is wonderful. I do think I would be curious as to what my husband did wrong if I ever got one though.
Great Job!
