Bill,  The 3-d pieces should take between 30 minutes and an hour each, depending on how detailed they are.  I did one a few years ago that had so many inside cuts it took me around 2 hours a piece - I didn't think I would ever finish.

 Bill,

  Your times seem to be about right. The larger pieces take a little longer. I figured I averaged about 35 minutes apiece. I think to that harder woods would take a little longer. I used Pine and Walnut and noticed the Pine cut easier/faster.
