How is your insurance through Walmart? And I am not just going by the documentary here, I have friends that work there and can barely make ends meet. I constantly see the manager on the floor watching his employee's, and I never see a one gather to talk to each other.
The insurance is not what it used to be, but as of the last couple years almost 95% of peoples insurance is not what it used to be. That is one of my sore spots of Walmart and any other huge corp. Call me crazy but i believe good health insurance should always be supplied by every employer. Walmart makes most of there money thru logistics, efficiency and getting the most out of there associates. They shouldn't be talking, they should be working.
