My son would like to create a web site so people could see his scroll work.  We have decided it would be better to have two seperate sites since we live so far apart. 
Can anyone suggest the best FREE web site provider for him??

Not entirely free, but you can register a domain name with Godaddy,$7.99/yr and you get free hosting, with only a small ad banner at the very top.  However, most people use ad-blockers these days, so they won't even see it.
