Toad houses are really neat to watch.  The toad backs into the doorway and when he sees a likely meal - he steps out on the porch to dine.  I put a note with mine to tell people not to shake the toads out because they will move.  No one likes a shakey house!  I have one pattern that looks like a mushroom and one that looks like a little house.  I have seen many at craft shows simply made out of part of a log.  An arched doorway and hollow in the middle.  I have seen them embellished with everything from dried flowers to little window frames and dormers.  I got my patterns from the winfield collection.

I have never seen a butterfly house before. They are nice. My choice would be chimes. They are good sellers and the windy season is coming.
