How thick do you stack

I want to cut some key holders that are 12mm thick. If I cut them one at a time I would use a No.5 blade. How many do you think I could cut at one time and what blade would you use. The wood in question is pine.

12mm is right at 1/2". I wouldn't do more that two at a time. The No.5 blade is that an Olsen, Flying Dutchman? What kind of saw?
A 5/0 Flying Dutchman will cut pine at 1" to 1 1/2" thick on the right saw, an Excaliber, Dewalt, Hegner.

I am using Flying Dutchman blades in a Scheppach Deco 402 saw. I also use some cheapo blades from Hobbies UK.

I normally stack cut 1.5" when I do.  It depends on the wood.  I use an Eclipse scrollsaw.
