Thanks to Grandpa and Joleet this is what I came up with...

Now proudly displayed in the front window of the Dentist's storefront office!

It just amazes me how a very simple, silly little item can spark so much enthusiasm.

I didn't really think  a whole lot about the project until the Dentist and his three 'girls' gushed over it.
Then I find out that he told his wife about it and she came by the office to take pictures!
Instead of hanging it in the waiting room he puts it in the front window so everyone passing by sees it!

Maybe it is true...K.I.S.S. ! ! !

Great job Greybeard, It is nice to see a project go from pattern request to design to final project. Thanks for posting the finished project.

Wow, I didn't even get an honorable mention for my pattern.  :(  And I didn't even see grampa post one.  ???  I guess I just can't compete with their work.  :-[

It truly was a combined effort of all FOUR of us, Russ, Joleet, Grandpa, and me!

They gave me the inspiration and I did the simple part of the job, putting it to wood.
