Weak, massive diarreaha, no energy, no appetite, etc.

Finally getting some graham crackers and warm coke to settle in.

Gotta be better in 3 hours for the game!

It is going around. One of our sons had it and now my wife has the bug. Fluids, rest and Imodium is about all you can do. Hope you feel better GB. Oh and Go Rascals.

GB hope you are feeling beter, seems like that bug has world wide coverage, heard from my brother in south-africa he had it and my nephew here was down just beginning of the week.

On the BRAT diet....bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.

Drinking lots to keep hydrated, don't want to wind up in the ER with a tube in my arm.

Mid-day Sunday and starting to come around a bit.

Going to take a nice long shower and then collapse in the recliner again.

Sunshine does wonders for your attitude when you are sick.
Able to eat some cereal and bananas and drink some tea this sunny Monday morning.

Getting a little energy and strength back so I must be recovering.

All concerns and prayers were gratefully accepted....
