Thanks to Joleet!

With a lot of help from Ron, who made the patterns for me (thank you Ron), here are the portraits of the four guys who organized our golf league this year.  These portraits will be a gift to them at the end of the season.

The pictures (cutouts) are done on 1/8" baltic birch and are about 5" X 7".  They are mounted in 8" X 10" frames and finished with boiled linseed oil.  Because the pictures are so small and have a lot of detail, I used a 4/0 blade and ran my Dewalt at a very slow speed.

MikieD, where are you finding 4/0 blades? I'm looking for some 3/0 & 4/0 to do some inlay work on some really small boxes?
