How do I get Steve to answer a question ??

This is supposed to be a place where we can ask Steve a question but apparently that is not how it functions.
I have been trying to ask him about the laser that he uses and about updating the $3 pattern catalog that I bought last year.
How do I get Steve to answer a question ??

I haven’t seen him answer any questions yet since I’ve been here , normally a forum member jumps in to reply .

Steve only rarely comes to the forum but if you email him at steve@stevedgood.com he will normally respond.

Make sure you subject line is clear.

Steve get thousands of emails and he does try to answer.

I have Emailed Steve two or three times in the last few weeks and there is always an answer the next day.

I did try to email him once about 3 weeks to a month ago, but did not receive a response. I cannot imagine trying to keep up with thousands of emails a weeks for 10+ years in a row, so I did not take it personally!

Thanks for all of your suggestions.
I have tried the direct email address too but have not gotten a reply from that either. Not taking it personally but I wish I could get an answer from him on a product he is selling
