cake topper changing the date

Hi Steve I have a request for your cake topper but need to change the year to 2019 and I am having a hard time doing it as I am using inkscape any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry Steve rarely (if ever) visits here but if you post a request normally someone will respond.

Here is a picture of cake topper with 2019.  This forum only allows for small pic.
