Excalibur Support
« on: August 12, 2019, 12:52:02 pm »
Bought a new Excalibur.  The manual has a phone number and web site for support.

You call the number and you get a gift card scam call center.  You go to the web site and there are no phone numbers or anything.  You can use their online form to request/contact them but I've never had a response on anything I've ever submitted.

Where in the world do you go for support on these Excaliburs?  Almost making me regret buying one.

I think Excalibur went the way of the DoDo Bird. Ray from Seyco Scroll Saw (click his ad on this site) maybe able to help you. He has a spin off saw of  the  Excalibur ( Seyco Saw) and had parts at one time. as well as King (General tools) and the Pegas saw looks much similar as well. In fact the Excalibur is sold here in Canada as the Excelsor saw
