I found 4" candles at Amazon.

Second point it states UP TO FOUR INCH.  You could use the more common 3".

I found lots of them online, but none with the beautiful design as depicted on Steve's images. If you found them, please send a link.

They looked like Christmas candles (i.e. red and green) so I typed in:

Christmas scented candles in glass 3 wicks

So the closest it looks like is Bath and Body works Spice candle.  For the red.  The green looks like Mint Chocolate.

I could be wrong, but it is close and may give you another direction to go.
