Timer Question

I remember seeing a topic that Steve had posted a good while back using the Searon Digital Inductive Engine Hour Meter from Amazon.  I was thinking about getting one in helping me price the work that I do for people.  If anyone has a link to the blog where Steve had posted it or have made one themselves, please let me know.  I was going to ask Steve about it, but I am sure he is a busy man.  Curious how I would wire it to my foot switch too.  Thanks in advance!

I think he has a video on his youtube channel talking about it as well, and shows about where he plans on mounting on think a EX saw.
