I have used Bluehost and POWWEB in the past. Both are excellent, and fairly inexpensive.

but I see you are in Florida. I use it (but have yet to get a web site up) as my domain name registrar. $13/year for a ".ca" domain.
I also noticed that a lot of new top level domain names are available.
