Picture of my Boss I would like to convert to a pattern

I have a picture of my boss that I would like to convert into a pattern and also use it on his website as an Icon/logo.   He likes to sing Elvis music and is pretty good at it.

Wow that looks good!

To Be honest, I thought that too. rolled my eyes and everything, but actually he does have a good voice that sounds pretty close.
