Border Collie Intarsia

Hi,
Here's the Border Collie Intarsia to go with the recent Black Faced Sheep. Its made entirely from solid Beech apart from the grass which is Spruce burnt and sanded then waxed like the sheeps. I have dyed the Beech Black using Bolgers wood dye which colours but lets you see the wood grain ok. The is Corian as usual.
Size is 16" x 9" x 1"

Awesome!! This is one of the best Intarsias of a dog that i've seen.   The Collie looks like he's actually working instead of the traditional pictures one normally sees.

Cheers!  that's great as that is the image I wanted portray. Its for someone who has working Collies for displays etc and I didn't want it to look like a normal house pet.
