« on: June 09, 2016, 05:00:18 pm »
I dl some of the patterns on here and some of the holes are to small to get the blade in.
I am using pin blades is there any way i can cut them out or just ues my drill with a small drill bit.
I dont know any help would be great.

Tough problem.  The hole has to be large enough to get the blade (and pins) through.  I understand there are some saws that have adapters that will allow you to use pinless blades.  Maybe someone knows about those if you told us what brand of saw you have.

Not much help.  Sorry,

Dennis

Dennis made a good point that, I think you should get a blade clamp
conversion kit similar to this http://www.sears.com/craftsman-scroll-saw-blade-conversion-kit-22259/p-00922259000P if you are not ready to up-grade to a scroll saw that will use pinless blades.
I am not endorsing Sears and I personally hate Sears because they don't carry most of the
accessories needed for items they sell.
Olsen also makes an adapter or conversion kit for about $30.. Look around on e-bay or something
or see if you can find a friendly tool and die maker to make new clamps cheap.
Good luck and God Bless! Spirithorse
