This morning we lost a great contributor to our scroll saw hobby. FD Mike (Mike Moorlach) past away after six days in Hospis at the age of 85.

I am truly sorry to hear about this.  Mike was an inspiration to a lot of folks and will be sorely missed in the community.  Go with God Mike may you rest in peace.

I had heard the news earlier this morning but was unable to post....I always enjoyed talking to Mike. He was a wealth of information and loved to help you if you had a problem. He will be greatly missed...Rest in peace my friend...

God wrapped his arms around Mike and said, "come sit beside me and show me how this scroll sawing thing works, I hear you are the man for the job".  Mike will be missed.

He will be missed.  Mike was so very generous with his help and advise.  He was a wealth of wisdom and kindness.  So very sad.

Heavy heart is right...so hated to see this. 

I so admired Mike that he came from a different country and accomplished the American Dream with great products and service.  What a hole this will leave in our community. 

Deepest sympathies and prayers to his family.
