Turn Around Time - To Receive Personalized Christmas Ornaments

Anyone know what would be the 'drop dead' date Steve would need to have an order of new names for the personalized Christmas Ornaments - in particular the layered ones - in order to get them back in time to make for customers? He says allow 2 weeks - so seems I need to have my order in by tomorrow - Dec 1 - in order to get the order back by Dec 14 in order to have time to make and deliver no later than Dec 22 or 23rd?

I thought you ordered on Nov 23.  Have you received those yet?

If not I would send Steve an email directly. He is usually quite quick in turn around.

I haven't received the patterns with the names I ordered. I don't have an email address for Steve. I believe I am just about to run out of time. The Christmas ornaments with names was a big hit for me in 2013 - didn't do them in 2014 but would really like to make the ornaments this year.
