Coin Forstner bits

I like the idea in Steve's latest project of including a coin using a specifically sized Forstner bit. Rather than buying the whole set, I would like to buy just the ones I want; does anyone have the bit size needed each of the coins?

They sell individual as well as sets of coin sized forstner bits.

Pieter,
This might help as well.
http://www.usmint.gov/about_the_mint/?action=coin_specifications
This is from the US Mint and it lists the sizes of US coins.
It appears the sizes of US coins are off just enough to not be able to use regular Forstner bits. The only exception appears to be a penny which is .75 inches (3/4").
I think when the quarter patterns came out a few years back a 15/16" spade bit could be used for the quarter. (I bought one.)
It looks like if you want the tight fit these bits afford - you would have to buy the set (or individual bits as DW points out). Too bad the set looks fairly expensive, but if you sell the finished product - you would make back your money in a short time.
