Scroll saw blade clamps

Hi,
My name is Robert. I live in Australia, Victoria, Mooroolbark. A newbee to scroll sawing.
I purchased -

Hafco Woodmaster
Features
120W 240V motor
Variable speed (550 - 1700rpm)
450mm throat capacity
Cast iron table tilts 45ͦͦ to the left and 80 to the right
Accepts straight or pinned blades
Includes Air blower, flexible work light
35mm dust collector port
Dimensions (LxWxH) 69 x 32 x 50cm

My problem. To use pin less blades I have to attach a small metal block on either end of the blade and tighten 2 grub screws on each block. To tighten enough I will have to hold the block with a pair of pliers to be able to get max. tightness otherwise the blade fly out ?somewhere . . .?  after adjusting machine tension.
I came across -
1.       EZ Set Blade Holder System used with 16" Scroll Saws: cost: $29.95 from http://www.pozsgaidesigns.com/page0006.htm##1
Pozsgai's Designs have now been in business since 1990.

2.
Olson Scroll Saw Conversion Kit Item# AC49610  Converts most 16in. Scroll Saws to accept Both Plain End and Pin End Blades!

Robert welcome to the boards.  Have you checked out this Australian site for woodworking?  http://www.woodworkforums.com/ there are some pretty knowlegable folks there that may have the information you need.  Worth a shot.
