Last update, I bought the Hegner foot switch which came in a Marquardt box. I had noticed the similarities before online but forgot about it. Will take some getting used to but it works great.
I decided to not get a rubber bumper as it limits the range I can lift the upper arm for bottom feeding. Instead I cut a strip of bicycle inner tubing and wrapped it around the bumper knob
