Turning my profile pic into a pattern?

Is there anyone that can help me by turning my profile picture into a pattern? I am centred by 2 close friends that I have lost to early deaths. We were M.E.L. (M=Mel E=Ernie L=Larry) Mel was born Dec 24, I am Dec 25 and Larry was Dec 26. As the last I'm hoping to scroll our picture as memorials to my 2 best friends. Hoping someone can pattern it for me. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thank you Tomsunnu.... I finally figured out how to reduce the size of my pic. Hopefully this will help.
