So sorry to hear that you have been going through a very rough patch.  Its good to hear that the surgery was successful but just remember to do what the doctors tell you to do.  Just pop by as often as you can.

Tony, glad the surgery went well and they took out all the bad bits. Now, as everyone else has said it's time to follow doctors orders (and your wife's as she will give you more stick than the doctor if you don't follow orders)  Call in here as and when you feel up to it we'll always be here for you.
