Here is something different. I made this one from 1/2 maple. These are fun to cut

What size blade did you use?  I cut one once, awhile back, but ended up doing it wrong the first time.

They ARE fun! I was intimidated at first, but Steve has a video here on cutting them and it makes doing them Soooooo easy!  Yours is just beautiful!  Thanks for posting! :)

Really very nice.  I haven't tried it yet.  My wife has a thing about baskets, so if I cut one it might be the start of something!

Great job there. Yours came out much nice then mine. I have only cut one basket and it was just ok. I ended up giving it away. I would like to cut more though.

Crusty real pretty work  ;) , don't see to many of these Collapsable Baskets made and shown on this site . I've made plenty and they are sure rewarding when finished , keep them coming . Here is one of mine also. I wish more were made , for they make great gifts for those special people in our life's ......... ............Marshall

Nice job Marshall. I need to cut them from 3/4 instead of 1/2. They need to be a bit heavier to fall corectly
