Well - it is just showing our support and understanding or enjoying something that is posted.  Without saying too much.  Sometimes we don't know what to say, but we want to show the poster that we 'agree' or 'like' what they posted. ;)

I'll see if I can find a mod that adds a thumbs up/thumbs down. It not built into this software but there is probably a mod available.

I think I saw a forum with a "Thanks", guess you could call it a button.  If you liked the post and you could use the information, you just checked the box.  Showed how many folks said thanks and the writer got a message saying,  "Joe thanked you for your post".  Just a thought.. :):)

I must agree with Marg and Sheila. A "LIKE" or "Thumbs Up" button would be great. Just so I don't have to scroll down through a bunch of "Good job" or "Nice work" or "I like that" posts to see if anyone has anything constructive or additional to add to someones work.
I am a firm believer in constructive criticism and maybe someone elses take on a given project or question but, I refuse to just add a post just to say "Good job thanks for sharing".

As long as there is an easy-to-see like count, sounds like a good idea.
