I sure like the grey.  Better than the black.

Nice improvement Steve. I don't know where you get all the time to run the site and work full time plus making new patterns every day for us and getting such a huge following of the greatest people all over the world that will help at the drop of a hat or Tam in Rob Roys case.
Thank You for all your hard work.

I like the larger avatars also but they are getting blurred when they are up sized. I'm going to look tonight and see if that can be corrected.

My avatar to me is in focus, the rest are not.

WOW love the new layout but personally for me i find it harder to read the posts do to the bright background Facebook and other forum sites i use are like it as well. instead of being here for a hour or so i'll have to cut my time down to about 10 mins at a time to give my eyes a break.

Site Looks great like the new look, I really like the big avatrs but like Newfie I also find it harder to read posts.and can't look around much at one time like before due to my eye sight. Just my thought but I think if it was possible to Change the lettering To bold it might make it a bit easier to see, Like the text at the top of the page where it tells about the upgrading of the site. Other than that I think steve is doing a great job, and the site runs great and its been really nice to see new members joining.

Looks great Steve.  First thing I had to do was get an avatar.  Before that Mt spot was not so big.

Well, just saw the new avatar and that ain't gonna work

Steve, is there any way we can update our e-mail address on this new forum as I now have a new e-mail which is camp7436@comcast.net. On the old site I had to re-register to change my e-mail address.Thank you

Just a thought, but for those having problems reading the text, you can  easily enlarge it by simply pressing the 'Ctrl" key on the keyboard and roll the roller thingy  on your mouse.  Least it works on mine.  You may already know that but I thought I'd post it just in case some don't.

Thanks guys' good to hear you all like the new look. I like the larger avatars also but they are getting blurred when they are up sized. I'm going to look tonight and see if that can be corrected.
Should we be posting new resized avatars for this? The blurring may be from shrinking images to fit the old format.

Steve looks great.

Is there any way that the location of the member's location can be displayed.  I really think that it helps when someone asks a question.
