Toy wheel sizes?

Does anyone know of a source for information regarding minimum wheel size on toys according to the new rules on toys.  I have read it mentioned somewhere that the minimum size is 1 1/4".  I would like to find out.

I did not know that there was a minimum size wheel for toys! 
I usually cut my own wheels using a hole saw and I don't ever remember ever making or needing any wheel smaller than 1-1/4" diameter so, I would say that could be correct.
I guess that whoever makes the rules is looking at a possible choking hazard for small children and I understand that but WHOW how far can they carry things like this? There should be SOME responsibility left up to parents. Some 3 or 4 year old children are smart enough to use computers so why can't they be trained not to put things in their mouths and take care of their toys?

Jim I have cut my own wheels at 1 inch for the smaller cars/trucks, but main stay size wood be 1-1/4 inch.

I am pretty sure There is part of the law that says something about how much effort it would have to take to get pieces apart. like the real possibility of getting a wheel off a car to choke on it, but i couldn't find that piece when I looked quick

Sadly we in America are turning into another Europe.  We vote against all these regulations but that does not stop this from happening.

It is just like the "LEAD PAINT" issue that comes up from time to time. Lead paint has been banned in the US for years now. I don't think you could find it or buy it if you wanted to. (Maybe if you special ordered it from China or something) Yet, people are constantly worried about having lead paint on toys and furniture. It has been proven that ANY finish on wood these days is "FOOD SAFE" once it has cured. If you want to be SURE of food safe finish on kitchen or cooking items that won't flake off into food just use mineral oil for a finish on wood.
By the way, I just read that plastic cutting boards harbor more germs than  a wooden end grain cutting board will. Of course the down side to that is, you can put a plastic board into the dishwasher and that is a big no-no for any wooden board.

I have seen "child safe " Paint at Walmart.   I do not use any paint myself but I saw it there.
