Replacement EX-21 on the way
« on: March 18, 2014, 08:40:40 pm »
My new EX-21 started giving me problems with vibrations and noise at different speeds and I have been working with Ray at Seyco to figure out what could be causing it but to no avail.   He decided that rather then me spending any more of my time trying to figure out what the problem is, he is sending me a new saw. Ray is one of the most concerning and customer oriented people I have ever worked with.  Great company to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.  New saw will be delivered day after tomorrow.  Very happy scroller and Seyco customer.

That is what you call customer service.  Fingers crossed for you that everything is ok with the next one.

Ray is the best! I am going to call him in just a few minutes to see if he has a used table for a EX21. My wife has been learning on my back up saw and she must have been pulling and pushing the blade because the blade hole has been cut out on the right side and is now nearly twice the size! HA!

Thank you Marg.  My fingers are crossed also.  The first saw lasted through a few small projects before it acted up so I will be putting the new one through it's paces when it gets here. I'll give an update in a couple days.  It is suppose to be here tomorrow sometime. Thanks again.
