Only the combination of them both together is. If you wanted just one or the other, it's cheaper to buy them from Home Depot or Wal-Mart. But for someone in the market looking for both, I doubt you'll find them cheaper than this again for a long time.

I use the  Flex Shaft on my Dremel and love it. Makes little jobs a lot easier.
